1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using FPL Assistant ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. App Purpose

FPL Assistant is an informational companion tool designed to help Fantasy Premier League managers make decisions. It is not an official product of the Premier League or Fantasy Premier League.

All data, analysis, and recommendations provided by the App are for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for decisions.

3. No Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no guarantees regarding:

• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data or analysis.
• Continuous, uninterrupted availability of the App.
• Specific outcomes or results from using the App's recommendations.

We make reasonable efforts to keep data current but cannot guarantee accuracy at all times.

4. Subscriptions

The App may offer optional paid subscriptions ("Pro") that unlock additional features.

• Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account.
• Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's account settings (Apple: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions, Google: Play Store > Subscriptions).
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective policies. We do not process refunds directly.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App only for its intended purpose as a fantasy football companion tool.
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the App.
• Not use the App to engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Provide accurate information when using App features (such as your FPL Team ID).

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FPL Assistant and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

This includes, but is not limited to, any losses related to fantasy football decisions made based on the App's data or recommendations.
